Our admissions process is designed to help families learn more about our school while guiding them through each step of enrollment.
01 Schedule a Visit
Call 787-832-7083 to schedule an appointment and tour our school facilities. You may also request an appointment by emailing registraduria@walkswebspr.com
02 Complete the Visit Form
Complete the school visit form, which will be provided to you via email.
03 Exam & Interview
Schedule an appointment for the admission exam and an interview with the Principal.
04 Complete Enrollment
Submit all required admission documents and complete the corresponding payments to finalize the enrollment process.
Pre-K
Applicants must submit:
- Completed application
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Parent Questionnaire
- Health Certificate
- Immunization Record (PVAC-3 Form)
- Progress Report, if applicable
- Two 2x2 photos
Kindergarten–12th Grade
Applicants must submit:
- Completed application
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Parent Questionnaire
- Health Certificate
- Immunization Record (PVAC-3 Form)
- Most recent Progress Report
- Good Standing Letter from previous school
- Interview with the Principal
- Two 2x2 photos
- Letter of Recommendation
- Psychometric Test for 1st Grade applicants
- Entrance Exam — $35.00

We have designed our admissions process to be transparent, welcoming, and straightforward. Here is exactly what to expect from first contact to your child's first day as a Western Eagle.

Inquiry
Submit an online inquiry form or call our admissions office. Our team will respond within 48 hours to answer your initial questions and provide an overview of our programs.

Campus Visit
Schedule a guided campus tour. Meet our faculty, explore our facilities — from robotics labs to athletic fields — and experience the Western Eagles community firsthand.

Application
Complete and submit the official application including all required documents for your child's grade band. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Evaluation
Depending on grade level, students may participate in an academic assessment and/or an informal interview to ensure the right academic fit.

Acceptance
Families are notified of the admissions decision by letter and email. Upon acceptance, a confirmation of intent is required to secure your child's place.

Enrollment
Complete enrollment paperwork, submit required records, and finalize tuition arrangements. Welcome to the Western Eagles family!

To help your family prepare a complete application, we have outlined the requirements by grade band below. Submitting all materials early ensures the smoothest possible review process.

Key Enrollment Dates
Priority Application Window: November 1 – January 31
Rolling Admissions: February 1 – June 30 (space permitting)
New Student Orientation: mid-August (date communicated upon enrollment)
Academic Year Start: late August
Applications received during the priority window receive first consideration for available spaces and merit scholarship review.

Tuition Structure
Tuition varies by grade level and program. We offer flexible payment plans including annual, semester, and monthly options. For current tuition rates by grade band, please contact our Admissions Office directly — our team is happy to provide a full breakdown and discuss what works best for your family.
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Need-based financial aid applications are reviewed annually. We also offer merit scholarships for exceptional academic, artistic, and athletic achievement. Scholarship applications are considered as part of the admissions process for qualifying students during the priority application window.
All financial aid inquiries are handled confidentially by our Admissions Office. We encourage all families to apply — applying for aid does not affect the admissions decision.
